1/4CupDark Chocolate Sauce(above)
2shotsespresso
1/2-3/4cupwhole milk, steamed(or your milk alternative of choice)
Whipped Cream(Optional)
1pinchground cinnamon
Instructions
Make Dark Chocolate Sauce
To a small saucepan over medium low heat, add your heavy cream, condensed milk, ground cinnamon, and cinnamon stick. Stir until all the ingredients come together, and simmer for one minute.
Add in your dark chocolate and cocoa powder, and stir constantly until the chocolate melts and the sauce comes together. Remove from heat and set aside.
This sauce may be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for later use.
Assemble Deep Dark Cinnamon Mocha
To a mug or coffee cup, add your dark chocolate sauce and espresso. Stir until combined. If you like your drink very hot, you can wam your dark chocolate sauce ahead of this step.
Pour in your steamed milk. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if using.

Notes
The recipe as stated here yields a relatively *unsweet* drink. If you prefer sweet drinks, add 2-4 additional Tbsp of condensed milk to your dark chocolate sauce.
