Lavender White Mocha
A deliciously creamy and comforting, lightly floral, white mocha. This was fun experiment turned frequent request in our home. With a delicious homemade white chocolate sauce at its base, this drink has a floral touch that makes you feel a like you are part of the beautiful blossoming Spring.
Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp white chocolate sauce, recipe follows
- 2 drops edible lavender extract *I use Angel Bake brand, linked below
- 1-2 shots pulled espresso
- 3/4 cup whole milk, steamed *or your preferred milk alternative
Instructions
- Pour your white chocolate sauce and espresso in the base of your cup and stir thoroughly. Add your drops of lavender.
- Pour in your steamed milk, and garnish as desired.
