As a tea lover, I find it nearly impossible to choose a favorite. But if I had to narrow it down, jasmine tea would absolutely be among my top three. There is something about its delicate floral character that feels soothing, delicious, and wonderfully complex all at once. It should come as no surprise, then, that I love using jasmine tea as the foundation for beautiful drinks. In this recipe, however, it becomes something truly special.
When I tell you I fell in love with this drink from the very first iteration, I am not exaggerating. The moment I tasted it, I knew it was destined for our family recipe binder, every bit as beautiful as it is delicious.

The base begins with fragrant jasmine tea, brewed until deeply aromatic and floral, then blended with creamy coconut milk, pineapple nectar, honey, and blue spirulina. The jasmine tea brings a soft, floral elegance that anchors the drink, while the coconut milk adds a lush, silky body that makes every sip feel smooth and indulgent. The pineapple nectar lifts everything with bright tropical sweetness, and just a bit of honey rounds it all out in the best way. All of it is frothed together until light and velvety, then poured over little spherical ice cubes that slowly melt and ripple through the drink as you sip. Top that off with a sweet and fluffy vanilla foam, and it is heavenly.

The color alone feels like a tropical vacation, ocean blues and creamy clouds swirling together in the glass, but the texture and the flavor truly take it over the top.
It feels equally at home served on a sunny afternoon with a good book, as a special addition to a summer gathering, or as a little treat at the end of a long day. There is something almost magical about the combination of floral jasmine and tropical fruit, familiar enough to be comforting, yet unique enough to feel like a delightful surprise.

If you are looking for a drink that captures the feeling of summer in a glass, this Blue Jasmine Coconut Cloud is one worth making. Fragrant, creamy, lightly sweet, and undeniably beautiful, it is a recipe that has quickly become a favorite in our home, and one I suspect you’ll find yourself returning to all season long.
